BARGEN BROWN FISHMAN LLP

Aidan Prenovault joined Bargen Brown Fishman as an Associate in March 2025. He was called to the Bar in 2023 after articling in criminal defence, where he appeared in various courts in Manitoba, Alberta, and Ontario. Aidan gets the best possible results for his clients through his ability to understand their concerns and his strong advocacy skills developed in criminal defence.

Aidan earned his JD at the Université de Moncton, New Brunswick, in 2022, where he received his legal training entirely in French. During law school, he represented the Faculty of Law in the Gale Cup Moot Competition, arguing as counsel for both the Crown and Defence. Before law school, Aidan earned a BA (Hons.) in political science from the University of Manitoba in 2019.

Outside of work, Aidan enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time at the lake, and is actively involved with the St. Paul’s High School Alumni Association. You can also find him on the gridiron refereeing recreational football.

Aidan Prenovault a rejoint Bargen Brown Fishman en mars 2025. Il a été admis au Barreau du Manitoba en 2023, après avoir complété son stage en défense criminelle. Pendant son stage, il a comparu dans les cours au Manitoba, en Alberta et en Ontario. Aidan comprend comment acheminer ses clients vers la meilleure solution possible, et ce, en reconnaissant leurs inquiétudes et par son expérience de plaidoirie en défense criminelle.

Maître Prenovault a obtenu son JD à l’Université de Moncton, au Nouveau-Brunswick, en 2022, où il a reçu sa formation juridique en français. Pendant ses études, il a représenté la faculté de Droit au Tribunal-école de la coupe Gale, où il a plaidé comme procureur de la Couronne et de la défense. Avant ses études juridiques, Aidan a obtenu un premier baccalauréat en sciences politiques de l’Université du Manitoba en 2019.

Dans son temps libre, Aidan aime bien jouer au golf, faire de la lecture, passer du temps au chalet et est impliqué activement avec l’organisation des anciens de St Paul’s High School. De plus, on peut lui retrouver comme arbitre de football.
